Refund Policy

For tickets purchased to attend Shadow Banquet, there are no refunds. All sales are final. BOLD Media does not accept any request for refunds.

Each ticket holder is expected to arrive at the event as designated by the ticket level terms they selected at checkout. Early or late arrivals may result in denied entry. Early arrivals may be asked to wait until their designated time. A refund will not be issued if a ticket holder misses their selected date and/or fails to redeem their ticket during the current season. If a ticket holder does not show up during their designated time they forfeit their ticket without the possibility of refund or credit.

In the event your ticket date is cancelled due to weather, technological issues, or some other unforeseen circumstance, we will automatically process a credit for future event use, customers may elect to request a refund to their original form of payment within 7 days notice of cancellation. By purchasing a ticket to our events you agree to these terms and conditions.

 In the case of extraordinary weather the event may be postponed by BOLD Media; please check the website for updates.​ Those who have health conditions that could be negatively impacted by attending or participating in the event are strongly advised to refrain from attending.

BOLD Media reserves the right to remove any ticket holder from the event for any reason without refund.

This policy is binding as of 12/30/2024. No agent or employee of BOLD Media may alter this policy.
